  Came from Sydney and stayed for a week here. James is a generous host. The place is very peaceful and neat. Great place to escape from the hectic city and improve your yoga posture. Had so much tips from him! It’s an interesting experience.

  I spent an amazing week volunteering and experienced a very intense, emotional and healing yoga and meditation retreat at James UOCA Yoga Health Retreat. James is a very compassionate and generous host and yoga teacher who has tought me a lot for my personal yoga and spiritual path. i enjoyed the evening talks about the chakra System in the yoga and the mandalas to mediate. I am grateful for this experience and I can definitely recommend his beautiful place to anyone who is interested in growing as an individual and learning more about the yoga lifestyle. His place is located in a very quite and beautiful spot with peaceful nature around. The meditations inthe evening were my favorite. A perfect place to reset, focus and get away from a hectic city life. His house is very nice, the food has been great and the work we had to do was fair and absolutely acceptable. We spent time outside to help him with the garden, like planting seedlings, raking, or putting on shadecloth. We filled His veggie garden with a plenty of new seedlings. the Food he provided was very nice. We had fresh fruits, and veggies and the meals were delicious. Falafels, rice, beans, curry tacos. We also did a bit of housecleaning, windows, floors, bathroom.. i wish you all the best James and I will do my very best to recommend you to many people, travellers and friends in Australia & around the world.   I came to this place being one person and I left being another. It is a unique place to find yourself, sometimes it is difficult to shed light on our fears, but the energy of nature helps a lot in this process. I am very grateful to Dhyana for opening the doors of his home to me, where I learned about yoga, breathing, how to eat and how our rhythm of life influences our being. thanks for sharing, thanks Dhyana for this gift. I wish you the best

  NYR is a unique experience in today's yoga world. A truly tranquil and natural location. It's a large timber house that fits into the surroundings with countless National Parks nearby.
  James has an eye for detail as an asana teacher and a vast knowledge of yoga philosophy and history which he communicates well. He is accepting of all people who wish to live the yogic lifestyle as he has experienced a lot and learnt from it.
  The range and quality of plant food offered is great and fresh produce from the property is on hand.
  If you want to get off the beaten path, it is a yogic adventure!
